Zeyn Otel Istanbul

Fantastic location, walkable to transit and many local sites. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I felt very cared for. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room and 18c while sleeping. During the day I had the window open and it was still a nice temperature. I was thankful for the bottles of water and the breakfast, I do have a positive suggestion of perhaps having signs for what the different items were, being from the west I wasn't familiar with all the options and I was unsure what I might be trying or missing out on because I was not sure if I would like it, but what I did try was delicious. I was provided a map with advice for local sites to see which was a nice touch. I also used their airport transfer 3 times and was very pleased. I also had my clothes laundered for a competitive price. I loved having a sea view room to wake up to. Couple of things to note, There are Mosques all over Istanbul and calls to prayer can be at ALL hours, so do yourself a favor and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also I knew this from pictures when I was booking but the bed was large and getting past it to the window side was a challenge with large luggage so if you have issues I'm sure they would help you lift the luggage over the bed. I hope this review helps you make your decision. The cleaning staff was wonderful. You can't go wrong for location, comfort, hospitality and price.

We had a wonderful stay at Zeyn Otel Istanbul. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond by giving us a map and taking the time to explain where to go, what to visit, and even where to shop safely without getting scammed. What touched us most was their thoughtfulness toward my girlfriend, who has coeliac disease—they bought her gluten-free bread for the entire trip, which made her stay so much easier. They also provided us with plenty of water every day. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommended!

Staff are super friendly and do everything in their power to accommodate you. The customer service is truly exceptional, and they do really look after you. They also provide useful tips about where everything is located and how best to travel around istanbul. The hotel is located at the heart of the old Sultanahet area and close to everything the area has to offer.

Incredible hospitality! Aslam and his colleague (did not catch his name) bent over backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. They gave us the lowdown on what to do and skip in the city and strategies for shopping, visits, how to get places, etc. They always had cold water for us when we headed out (they asked us we did not have to ask), little food stuffs, little gifties, etc. They added a lot to our experience. Although rooms are tight they are very clean and newly appointed. Location is very much in the old city. If you have mobility issues Istanbul in general will be a challenge and this location is not excepted. The food in the morning was fresh, cultural and plentiful and the staff was very attentive. I am so glad I stayed at this Otel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a great experience! The rooms were spotless—clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was immaculate. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of. It’s rare to find service this consistent and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality. I’ll be coming back for sure!
